LI Meditation Workshop Series Learn about the benefits of meditation and how you can make it a part of your daily practice. Here is a brief overview of the series: Week 1: What is mindfulness? Benefits and common misconceptions of meditation Week 2: Intuition: The body knows before the mind Week 3: Letting Go: Making space for what you really want Week 4: Setting your intentions: What would make your heart sing?
