It feels like home. Greg and all the Fuel The Soul teachers make me feel so welcome and comfortable no matter which class attend. I started out by taking Michelle D's 7:30 beginner class on Tuesday nights. Thanks to her patience, attention and encouragement I gained the confidence to venture to all level classes and attend some workshops. I love that through every teacher I have discovered a different practice. I always leave with a feeling of calm and accomplishment.

Fuel the Soul provided an amazing teaching program.  We learned the true meaning of Yoga and deepened our practice. Furthermore, technical aspects of the practice were learned (such as the proper positioning of key postures, especially those found in the Ashtanga sequence) as well as the historical elements.  Importantly we learned how to create a well balanced sequence and conduct a class with confidence.  Lastly, we learned anatomy and contraindications.  Greg was an amazing guide.  He is warm, personable, and a lot of fun to practice yoga with.  He is open with his yogic experiences and makes you feel confident in your practice.  It was a great journey and one that I will never forget.  Fuel the Soul should begin a 500 hr program!"

I have been doing Gyrotonics with Greg for over 2 years now. I had some shoulder and lower back issues and gyro was recommended. Greg has been extremely helpful. He makes me work hard without getting hurt (something that had problems with in the past). Fuel The Soul is the perfect place for Gyrotonics and Yoga. Greg does everything he can to make sure every client is happy.

I did a partner yoga workshop here with my boyfriend and loved it. Both men and women enjoyed the challenging, yet attainable poses! The owner was very nice and the place had a welcoming, comfortable feel. Their front display of goodies was also inviting. Michelles was the teacher and I highly recommend her in general. All around great experience at this place!
