Liz is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through the yoga alliance. She graduated with her certification in 2008 from the Sivananda Ashram in the Catskills. She teaches open level hatha flow classes that focus on developing strength, alignment, and proper breathing. Her class will leave you feeling strong, limber, refreshed, and inspired to take the practice off the mat and into daily life. Liz believes that the body is the temple to the soul. By using the breathe as a tool to practice the pranic exchange we can heal the body and expand individual consciousness.
